About the Instructor:
Elisa Ruffolo is a certified Kinesiologist with extensive experience in fitness, health, and education.
In 2002, she founded First Breath, a company providing first aid, CPR/AED, water safety, and emergency response training across Southern Ontario.
She holds Instructor/Examiner certifications through the Lifesaving Society and is known for her practical, empowering teaching style that helps individuals feel confident and capable in emergency situations.
Please Note: This is not a certification course, but it will provide you with essential first-aid knowledge you can apply in real-life emergencies.
