In most cases this means that we process your visit and the company will just pay us directly instead of you having to pay out of pocket at the time of your visit. You’ll either have nothing to pay or just a small balance depending on how much coverage you have.
If your insurance company is set up to pay you, we can still submit your visit for processing so you have one less thing to remember to do, in that case you will pay us and then the insurance company will pay you.
