By six months, sleep starts to look different, and so do the challenges. This workshop picks up where the newborn stage leaves off, covering what normal sleep looks like as your baby moves through the second half of their first year.

We’ll revisit the sleep foundations (environment, wake windows, and sleep associations) and look at how they shift as your baby grows, along with the nap transitions, sleep progressions, and separation anxiety that commonly disrupt sleep during this stage. You’ll leave with realistic expectations for your baby’s sleep and practical strategies for navigating these changes with confidence.

We’ll also cover red flags for underlying conditions that can continue to affect sleep at this age, including tongue ties and iron deficiency, so you know what’s worth flagging to your pediatrician.

The session wraps with a live Q&A, giving you a chance to ask questions specific to your baby.
