Join us for this 6-week series of LIVE, IN-PERSON Prenatal Yoga Classes!

These classes are taught by our very own Lisa Novembre, who is a certified prenatal yoga instructor with over 20 years of experience!
Prenatal yoga classes are a great way to connect with your growing baby and prepare your body for birth!  You can usually safely include yoga into your exercise routine at any time during your pregnancy.   It can help improve or prevent various aches and pains and can help relax your body/mind.
These small-group prenatal yoga classes are for mamas anywhere on their motherhood journey, all trimesters and levels are welcome!  Come out, move your body relax your mind, and meet other mamas on the motherhood journey!
