Join us for LIVE VIRTUAL Gentle Flow Yoga Classes!
This gentle flow yoga class connects the movement with the breath. The class includes sun salutation, standing postures that focus on strength and balance, and seated poses to help acquire a deeper stretch. The class will end with a focus on breath that will take you into a deep state of relaxation.
These classes are appropriate for prenatal, postnatal or anyone looking for a more gentle yoga class. All levels are welcome!
