Join us for a special LIVE VIRTUAL Mother’s Day Gentle Flow Yoga Class!

This class is taught and being generously offered by our very own Lisa Novembre, who is a certified yoga instructor with over 20 years of experience!

This gentle flow yoga class connects the movement with the breath.  The class includes sun salutation, standing postures focusing on strength and balance, and seated poses to help acquire a deeper stretch.  The class will end with a focus on breath that will take you into a deep state of relaxation.

These classes are appropriate for ALL Mothers, all levels are welcome!
