Join us for this LIVE, IN-PERSON 6-week Prenatal Yoga Series!

Our very own Lisa Novembre, a certified prenatal yoga instructor with over 20 years of experience will be teaching these classes!

Prenatal yoga classes are a great way to connect with your growing baby and prepare your body for birth!  You can usually safely include yoga into your exercise routine at any time during your pregnancy.   It can help improve or prevent various aches and pains and can help relax your body/mind.

These small-group classes are for mamas anywhere on their motherhood journey, all trimesters and levels are welcome!   Come out, move your body relax your mind, and meet other mamas on the motherhood journey!

  • 7:00 – 8:00 pm


  • Only $140 +hst for a series of 6 classes (cost will be pro-rated if you join after the 1st class!)
